It is with great pleasure that I provide you with this letter, which for the record, is unsolicited. While this document started out as a typical ‘reference letter', it became clear after a number of drafts that it represents much more than a mere endorsement of your services. As you recall, our relationship began with QHR Software going to market in search of the following capabilities; grow the strength of our brand, increase sales leads, improve our reach on-line and develop a new, interactive website.

Not only did Relentless Technology over-deliver on all of the above, you also helped us understand and implement processes that we can directly link to top line revenue. The results your organization has helped QHR Software achieve are too many to list on one page. However, the net result of your contribution and your organization's expertise are significant and material.

Today, we are able to quantify our marketing spend, by customer type and product interest. We have markedly improved the value of our brand with both existing and prospective customers. These two outputs mean that we have not only recovered both ongoing and initial investments with your organization many times over, but we have greatly improved the quality of relationships with our own customers. Further, we have been able to define our brand more clearly and positively than most competitors in our space. All of these positive results we can confidently correlate to your marketing program.
