Levi Strauss & Co. is a clothing company known worldwide for its Levi’s brand of denim jeans. The “Unbuttoned” viral web campaign was done for the re-introduction of its 501 jeans.
Relentless is having a blast working on the extremely cool new Levi’s Unbuttoned Campaign. Working on behalf of EVB, Relentless is optimizing the site for success on the major search engines. The Levi’s microsite features hot young artists who have Unbuttoned their talent for the world to see. Each artist has his or her own profile on the site where visitors can check out videos, music tracks, and short bios. “Unbuttoned” has recently added Perez Hilton and Robert Buckley to the mix.
Relentless is proud to be a part of the Levi’s Unbuttoned campaign. “Unbuttoned” is the largest marketing campaign in Levi’s 155-year history. Relentless is in charge of the Search Engine Optimization component of this project, working under EVB, the award-winning creative ad agency based out of San Francisco. Levi’s Unbuttoned showcases hip-hop artists, pop and soul musicians, and celebrities who are revealing themselves and their work. So far, Estelle, Wale, Nikka Costa, and Jamie Bestwick are part of the campaign, with more celebrities and artists to follow.
