As part of Kiddie Academy’s rebrand of its Consumer and Franchising segments, Relentless recently completed the redevelopment of its full suite of online properties. Since converting the original sites over to their own customized CMS in 2017, the application had grown to accommodate an active user-base of Franchisees maintaining their own highly-customized and hyper-localized microsites.

Special considerations needed to be made to ensure each location’s microsite assets fit within the overall rebrand and new website layout. Great care was taken to enhance and track the visitor experience through the use of video throughout the site, while also focusing on driving conversions through to a highly-customized CRM.

We really enjoyed all aspects of this technically challenging project, especially getting to work with the fantastic team at Kiddie Academy.

Relentless has launched the new 10,000+ page Kiddie Academy website, which is powered by a custom WordPress CMS Application that we developed using Angular JS. We also did a sizable amount of Google API integration on this project with the search and maps APIs.

As each of the 230 locations are responsible for managing their own content, the CMS needed to be very easy to use, with user roles and permissions to control publish settings accordingly.

Working on behalf of our agency partner Location3 Media, Relentless designed the front-end of the website, as well as the back-end CMS to manage it. This allowed us to develop the project end-to-end from two perspectives; the site visitor using the website, as well as the site administrator managing it. Relentless also imported over 10,000 pages of existing content into the new CMS and provided detailed documentation for training purposes.
