Dale Butterfield Marketing Strategist, Awareness & Insights
Dale has over 8 years of experience as Senior Awareness Expert for Relentless, with a specialty in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). His primary responsibilities include overseeing the production and success of client Awareness Programs. Dale excels at conversion rate optimization, and plays a vital role in driving traffic to client sites and turning more visitors into leads and customers. His singled-minded dedication and strong project management expertise are key components to many successful Relentless projects.
John Burbidge Lead Developer, Technology
John has over 14 years of experience in web development and has been an integral part of the Relentless team since conception. John is a coding mastermind excelling in C#, MSSQL, AJAX, Web Services, VB.NET, PHP, MYSQL, and JAVA. He is skilled at developing intuitive and effective CRM and CMS application for B2B and B2C with an eye for search engine optimization and increasing sales.
Owen Prior Project Manager, Design & Technology
Owen’s been with Relentless for over 4 years as lead designer and has delivered functional, easy-to-navigate, and visually appealing websites – while always keeping search engine performance and conversion optimization top-of-mind. Owen specializes in interactive Flash, PHP, CSS and XHTML, and brings extensive project management experience to every project. He is also skilled at creating corporate branding and identities, video production, packaging and product collateral.
Britton Chivers Project Manager, Design & Technology
Britton worked as a Flash, Portfolio Development and Web Development Instructor for the Art Institute of Vancouver, before joining the Relentless team. He started his career in graphic design, but his passion for interactive creative quickly led him into the world of web design. He has thrived as a Flash developer and graphic designer, delivering rich interactive content for an impressive number of studios around North America. Britton brings extensive project management experience to every project and is dedicated to client satisfaction.
Lin Hu Web Developer, Technology
Lin has been an intrinsic part of the Relentless team for 6 years. Specializing in HTML, CSS, .Net, and PHP. Lin’s code is flawless. Lin is adept in Visual Studio, Photoshop, and Fireworks, working at a Relentless speed that never fails to amaze. She also has to put up with all the guys at Relentless, which in itself deserves a medal.
Chris King Web Developer, Technology
Chris first started creating websites over 12 years ago to promote his band. Since then, he has gone pro in both music and web design. He specializes in PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, and is familiar with .Net, Java, and Struts. Not only is Chris a prodigious programmer, he is also proficient in Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator. When he’s not blasting through code he’s rocking out on bass guitar and touring all over the country.
Patrick Baldwin Web Developer, Technology
With over 12 years of development experience, Pat brings a wealth of expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, Flash, jQuery/Ajax, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Java. Most recently, Pat’s expertise has extended to an impressive library of WordPress builds for Relentless. As the CRM of choice, Pat creates 100% customized WordPress sites at impressive speeds. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Victoria and has a strong penchant for correcting office grammar.
Amanda Hauptman Marketing Administrator, Awareness & Insights
Amanda’s experience in marketing communications naturally lends itself to the Web. Her background in Integrated Marketing Communications gives her a unique talent for writing clean, articulate messaging that draws customers to a site and keeps them coming back. Working in a highly professional marketing environment for one of Canada’s largest mutual fund companies has developed her style into simple and elegant expression, that doesn’t overwhelm site visitors with hype. Amanda studied Marketing Communications at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Mark Ciesielski Web Developer, Technology
Mark was our residential Junior Developer BCIT intern at Relentless for the summer of 2008. He’s now working full-time as a Web Developer at Relentless and has learned some valuable tricks of the trade. He’s a welcome addition to our family and we’re glad to have him on the team.
