Be Relentless

What makes our team Relentless? At our office we believe it’s not about the details of our daily routine. It’s not about the long, long hours, the 12 cups of coffee a day, or geeking out on the latest web technologies. Although all these things are part of it, it’s not what makes us Relentless.

At the risk of sounding cheesy, Relentless is more of an essence… a way of being. It can’t be taught or imposed on others. You either have it or you don’t.

Being Relentless is about knowing the value of a foosball game hours before a deadline. It’s about working hard when the work needs to be done but also recognizing that sometimes you’ve got to tour the country with your rock band, or chase down love in foreign countries. It’s about valuing the importance of tradition such as listening to some Al Green first thing Thursday mornings.

Being Relentless is also about balance. It’s about saying what needs to be said and knowing when to let things go. In most cases the customer is always right, but on the odd occasion, being Relentless means not always telling the client what they want to hear, and sometimes telling them exactly what they don’t want to hear. It’s about knowing when to take control and when to let someone else have it. It means making your yes mean yes, and your no mean no. It’s about commitment to the client and dedication to the team.

Relentless is a few cool folks, a bunch of computers, and a whole lot of tunes to keep it all moving along. Whether it’s a bit of Bob Marley to get the designer splashing down some hot graphics or a fresh mix to keep the team sane, at the end of the day it doesn’t matter if you’re a graphic designer, web developer, or the President… the essence is still the same… Be Relentless.
